Collections

Please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address to receive your goods. If you are unavailable, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure successful delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, army bases, harbors, or other regulated addresses.

Returns

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the collection of the goods and inspect them upon their return. Refunds will be processed after the inspection, with any shipping and customs-related costs deducted from the refund amount.
