Cancelling an order before dispatch

Please contact us immediately at online@toms.africa in
order for us to review and cancel dispatch. Please note that when you choose to
cancel before dispatch there may be a penalty charge. Should you incur such a
charge we will communicate this through your chosen medium of contact. Should
we receive your cancellation request after dispatch through no fault of our own
we will handle the matter as cancellation of an order after dispatch as
detailed below.

Once you have received the goods, in good
order, please contact us immediately so that we can facilitate the return.

International Fulfillment and Responsibilities
Eazeorder (Pty) Ltd will manage all international fulfillment for orders placed on TOMS.africa. Please note that the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with their order, provided the correct order has been fulfilled and the products received are in working condition.

 

We strive to provide quality service, and as part of this commitment, we will ensure you are notified promptly should there be any issues regarding your order. We strongly encourage all online customers to inquire about the product, its availability, and any specific features required before making a purchase. Returns

Circumstances in Which Goods May Be Returned or Exchanged
Goods may be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

Incorrect goods were delivered.

Goods were delivered damaged.

Goods were delivered that are unfit for the intended application.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) days of the goods being delivered.

Options Available Upon Returning a Product

Returned goods can be exchanged for other goods of equivalent value to the original purchase.

Refunds may be issued, but will be subject to deductions for shipping and customs-related costs.

Condition of the Product Being Returned

Goods delivered in original packaging must be returned in their original packaging.

If goods are being returned via a third party, ensure they are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage during transit.

All peripheral accessories, such as batteries, power and connection cables, must be returned with the goods.

Manner of Return

Goods will be collected from the address specified in your request for returns or exchanges.

If you need to change the collection address after submitting your request, please contact us immediately.

What Happens Once a Product Is Returned

Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be submitted for inspection.

After the inspection is completed, we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for your exchange or refund, with the refund amount subject to deductions for shipping and customs-related costs.
