Shipping & Payment

Please note that our website operates in ZAR (South African Rand) for all transactions at this moment in time but will operate in USD in the near future. However, at checkout, the currency will change to ZAR for international orders. Before finalizing your purchase on Payfast, you will see the exact amount to be deducted in USD by selecting your currency in the top right hand corner. This amount will closely match your cart total, excluding shipping, duties, and taxes.

All international deliveries are subject to shipping charges, which vary based on the destination. An estimated shipping, duties and taxes cost will be provided at checkout, ensuring transparency before you finalize your purchase.

We aim to have your items delivered within 2-14 working days of purchase.

Please bear in mind when placing large or specialty orders (items that needs to be prepared/set up/inspected) that it may delay delivery time.

Should anything cause your order to be delayed beyond 7 days, we will immediately be in contact.

Our International Fulfillment Partner - Eazeorder Pty Ltd uses Aramex and DHL Express for all deliveries.

Please make sure there is someone at the address specified to receive the goods.

Please note packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box, Extremely Remote or Highly Secure i.e. Army Base or Port, address if delivered via courier.

As soon as your delivery has been arranged, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a url where you can track your order.

Should you not receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder.

If after 48 hours you  are still unable to locate our email, please contact orders@toms.africa immediately.

We accept credit card payment (VISA and MasterCard) via Payfast.

We do not accept cheque deposits. Credit Card transactions are done securely by Payfast.

TOMS.africa does not store or access any Credit Card information.

Product

TOMS Online will take care to supply you with only the highest quality product available. Should anything prevent us from fulfilling this promise we will immediately be in contact.

If a product is under guarantee and the fault is covered by the warranty, we will cover any associated costs.

If the product is out of guarantee or the fault is due to wear and tear or misuse, the repair and transport costs of it will need to be paid by the customer.

Should you receive anything you are not happy with, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Products purchased from TOMS Online carry a 12-month limited guarantee against latent manufacturing defaults, excluding normal wear and tear or negligent use.

Due to the nature of the products, speakers and globes cannot be guaranteed.

Some manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products; details will be included with the product.
